Agreement
By using the TechBox website and apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.
Acceptable use
Use the apps for lawful business purposes only. Do not upload content you do not have rights to, attempt to break or interfere with the service, or use it to harass anyone.
Free trials and payment
Some apps include a free trial. Once the trial ends you may need to subscribe to keep using the app. Subscription fees, billing cycles and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you pay. You can cancel any time and your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing period.
Your content
You own the content you put into the apps. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to run the service for you.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the apps running smoothly but we cannot guarantee they will be available all the time. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance or updates from time to time.
Liability
The apps are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. If we close your account, you can ask us for an export of your data within a reasonable period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
